Refund Policy

Delivery and your right of withdrawal
What you buy on Norelio is digital content or a service performed by the seller. Some products are digital content delivered immediately after payment — a code, a file or a link. Others are manual services: the seller carries them out after your order, rather than delivering them instantly.
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, and for services, that right ends once delivery or performance of that specific item has begun — not for every purchase at once, but item by item, from the moment the seller actually starts delivering or performing it. You confirm this at checkout, before paying, by agreeing to delivery starting on that basis and acknowledging that the withdrawal right for that item ends once its delivery has begun.
Our voluntary refund window
Beyond what the law requires, we offer a goodwill refund within 3 days of purchase. Write to info@norelio.eu or to the seller contact shown on the product page, tell us the order and what went wrong, and we will refund the purchase in full.
After 3 days we no longer accept refund requests on goodwill grounds.
When we always refund
Regardless of the 3-day window, you are entitled to a refund if:
- the product was never delivered and we cannot deliver it;
- the product is materially different from its description;
- the product does not work as described and we cannot fix it.
These are your statutory rights and nothing in this policy limits them.
How refunds are made
Refunds go back to the original payment method, through Stripe or PayPal. Processing usually takes a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Payment processing fees are not refundable to us, but this does not affect the amount you receive: you are refunded the full amount you paid.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We can almost always resolve it faster, and a dispute costs both sides time.
