Terms of Service

Norelio is a digital marketplace operated by LIS System s.r.o., registered address Uralská 689/7, 160 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 02268515, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ02268515, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 217621. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "Norelio" mean LIS System s.r.o.

Norelio offers digital products — access codes, files, links and digital services. Products are listed by our partner sellers, who are business units operating within LIS System s.r.o. LIS System s.r.o. is the seller and the merchant of record for every purchase made on this marketplace. Your contract is with us.

Each product page shows a contact address for questions about that specific product.

Prices are shown in euro and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. A product page is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer; the contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and we deliver the product.

We may decline or cancel an order if the product is no longer available, if the price or description contained an obvious error, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Norelio does not process card payments and does not store card numbers or payment credentials. When you pay, you are redirected to the payment provider, and your payment details are handled under their terms and privacy policies.

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed: on the confirmation page and by email to the address recorded with your payment. Download links are valid for a limited period and a limited number of downloads, both shown at the time of delivery.

If you do not receive your purchase, contact us at info@norelio.eu and we will re-issue access.

Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to resell, redistribute, publish or share access codes, files or links obtained through Norelio unless the product description expressly permits it, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the marketplace, other users' purchases or our systems.

We may suspend access where these Terms are breached.

We aim to keep the marketplace available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please contact us first at info@norelio.eu — most issues are resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a complaint, consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase; changes do not apply retroactively.
