When you browse the marketplace. Your IP address and browser information, used to keep the marketplace available and to prevent abuse. Your language preference, stored so the site opens in the language you chose.

When you ask a question about a product. Your email address and the text of your question, so the seller can answer you and so we can keep a record of the exchange. We keep these messages for as long as needed to handle your question and any dispute that follows.

When you buy. Your email address, the details of your order, the time and IP address at which you accepted the purchase terms, and a record of when you opened or downloaded what you bought. We use this to deliver your purchase, to support you afterwards, and as evidence of delivery if a payment is disputed.

Payment data. We never receive or store your card number or payment credentials. Stripe and PayPal process payments and act as independent controllers for the data you give them.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivery and support), to comply with legal obligations (accounting and tax records), and for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud and defending against unfounded payment disputes.

Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required by Czech accounting and tax law. Records of access to purchased content are kept for about six months, covering the period during which a payment can be disputed. Anti-abuse records are kept briefly and deleted automatically.

Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement, except the payment providers, which act as independent controllers for payment data. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in portable form, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@norelio.eu; we respond within one month.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
